Quail Ridge Golf Course came under new management January 1, 2020.

Anthony Lakes Outdoor Recreation Association (ALORA), a local nonprofit that currently oversees the management of Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort and other outdoor recreation and tourism endeavors in Baker County, accepted management of the existing course management contract with the City of Baker City.

ALORA brings a proven track record of customer service-oriented management to the course and is thrilled at the opportunity to facilitate a positive golf experience in Baker City. Through key personnel, efficient management, embracing and working closely with the course’s existing assets and volunteer groups, ALROA hopes to generate a desirable destination for locals and visitors of all ages.

The new management entity, Quail Ridge Golf Management, LLC., (QRGM) vows “to provide an overall positive experience for golfers, non-golfers, locals and visitors alike, in an atmosphere that promotes and encourages the game of golf, both within the Clubhouse and on the Course, where all ages and abilities enjoy and progress through a professional yet fun, relaxed, inviting and friendly environment, all the while reinvesting back into the facilities and the greens of Quail Ridge Golf Course, and the City of Baker City.”

While maintaining current operations, tournaments, course fees, and amenities, QRGM also focus on engaging local youth and providing a safe, healthy environment to explore the life-long sport of golf. QRGM continues to move forward in utilizing management’s resources to encourage more out-of-area golfers to enhance the tourism in Baker County.

QRGM looks forward to another great golf season working with local businesses, volunteers, and employees to enhance the gem that is Quail Ridge Golf Course.
